In 2026, the Cashiers Designer Showhouse celebrates its 29th anniversary — marking nearly three decades of design excellence and community impact. This beloved event welcomes thousands of guests to the Cashiers area during the last week of August to tour an extraordinary home brought to life by some of the South’s most talented designers.
Each designer transforms a space with a unique vision, blending creativity, craftsmanship, and the latest design trends to create an inspiring experience. From bold statements to timeless elegance, every room tells a story — making the Cashiers Designer Showhouse a must-see destination for design lovers and visitors alike.
The 2026 Showhouse will run from Friday, August 28 through Saturday, September 5, with proceeds directly supporting the mission, programs, and preservation efforts of the Cashiers Historical Society.
