MONDAY–SATURDAY: 10:00 am – 4:30 pm
SUNDAY: Noon – 4:30 pm

*The last entrance time is 4:00 pm to provide adequate time to tour before the final shuttle departs from the Showhouse at 4:30 pm

I purchased online, how do I get my ticket?

Ticket purchases will be confirmed by email; no tickets are mailed. Present your email confirmation when checking in on your selected tour day at The Village Green’s Lewis Hall, 160 Frank Allen Rd, Cashiers, NC 28717.

Where can I buy tickets locally?

Tickets can be purchased at the following retailers until August 19th.

Acorns at Old Edwards Inn (Highlands)
Cashiers Area Chamber of Commerce
Joan Anderson Interiors

Tickets are also available at the Cashiers Historical Society throughout the run.

Can I park at the Showhouse?

No, parking at the Showhouse is strictly prohibited. Shuttle service will run approximately every 30 minutes between The Village Green and the Showhouse throughout the event (Find the Shuttle Schedule in green at the bottom of this page).

In addition to the Showhouse, plan to visit the Events Barn, also located in Cashiers Lake. Decorated by The Summer House by Reeves, the space will host talks each day on a variety of topics related to the latest trends in home, garden, and lifestyle.

Patrons will be able to walk to the Showhouse and Events Barn. For those planning to walk, please wear comfortable walking shoes. The Showhouse is approximately a mile walk from the ticket check-in at The Village Green.

What’s the refund policy if I can’t make it?

All events go on as scheduled, rain or shine. Tickets to the Cashiers Designer Showhouse and CDS Special Events are non-refundable, and all ticket sales are final. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason.

What if I need to change my ticket?

Tickets must be used on the day for which they were purchased and may not be transferred to a different day. If you are unable to attend on your confirmed ticketed day, you may transfer your ticket to another individual for that day.

Can we get tickets at the door?

Yes! Tickets can be purchased at the check-in table at The Village Green.

Are we allowed to bring in strollers, large bags, etc?

Strollers, scooters, and large bags are not permitted.

Can I take photos/film video of the property?

Photos are allowed and encouraged! If you’re active on social media, please tag us on Instagram and Facebook @cashiersdesignershowhouse and use the hashtag #cashiersdesignershowhouse. Thank you!

Is the Showhouse handicap accessible?

The Showhouse includes two floors inside. While docents will be available to offer assistance, the house is not handicap accessible.
