Becoming a member at Cashiers Historical Society means making a difference in the community of Cashiers, NC. You can help fund educational programs for adults and children, honor historic buildings, and preserve the stories and oral tales of this unique community.
The Cashiers Historical Society is dedicated to preserving the history and culture of the Cashiers Valley through education, stewardship, and advocacy. Throughout the year, CHS provides dynamic educational programs for audiences of all ages.
The CHS campus is home to four historically significant structures that tell the history of the Cashiers Valley. We offer community members an opportunity to find their place in our history and culture — and recognize that what we do today will be the history of tomorrow. Your membership and financial gifts will help us expand the programming needed to preserve, protect, and share our history for future generations. Join us and become a Member today!
