Cashiers Designer Showhouse

The Cashiers Designer Showhouse is the signature fundraiser of the Cashiers Historical Society (CHS). The mission of CHS is to preserve the heritage of the Cashiers Valley through education, stewardship, and advocacy.

For more than two decades, the Showhouse has been a cherished tradition, drawing thousands of visitors to the area during the final week of August. Rooted in mountain vernacular and expressed through a refined contemporary lens, this year’s Showhouse embodies timeless mountain living in a community centered on nature, wellness, and connection. Nestled in Cashiers Lake, a new development anchored by its newly restored namesake, the Showhouse is a 3-bedroom, 4.5-bath cottage retreat.
