Cooking through history with CHS and La Poste!
We are excited to partner with Kristin Jorgensen at La Poste for our very first Cooking Through History class! Join Executive Director Amelia Golcheski as she takes you on a journey through the history of our region, exploring the foodways that shaped how people farmed, ate, survived, and came together around the table.
This intimate, hands-on class will be led in the kitchen by Kristin, while Amelia shares the stories behind the recipes, bringing the past to life through food and conversation. After a couple of hours of cooking together, we’ll sit down to enjoy the meal we’ve prepared, paired with wine thoughtfully selected by Abby.
A percentage of the class sales will be donated back to CHS.
