The Cashiers Designer Showhouse will celebrate its 28th Anniversary in 2025!
The Cashiers Designer Showhouse is the signature fundraiser of the Cashiers Historical Society (CHS). The mission of CHS is to preserve the heritage of the Cashiers Valley through education, stewardship, and advocacy.
For more than two decades, the Showhouse has been a cherished tradition, drawing thousands of visitors to the area during the final week of August. This year’s Showhouse features a stunning modern rustic home set within Saratay Falls, a Loudermilk Homes development that celebrates the natural beauty of Cashiers.
Join us Friday, August 22, through Saturday, August 30, for an inspiring celebration of design. Every ticket purchased directly supports the Cashiers Historical Society.
