Cashiers Designer Showhouse will celebrate its 28th Anniversary in 2025!
The Cashiers Designer Showhouse is the signature fundraiser of the Cashiers Historical Society. For more than two decades, this beloved tradition has welcomed thousands of visitors to Cashiers during the last week of August to tour a beautifully designed home.
Each year, top designers from the Cashiers-Highlands Plateau and across the Southeast bring a stunning home to life with inspired design and fresh ideas. From bold statements to timeless touches, they blend creativity with the latest trends—making the Showhouse a must-see experience for design lovers and curious visitors alike!
Join us Friday, August 22nd through Saturday, August 30th! Every ticket purchased directly supports the Cashiers Historical Society and its work to preserve the history and culture of the Cashiers Valley. Thank you in advance for supporting our organization. We’re delighted to share that Rowanne McKnight, Founder of Sixth Street Creative, will serve as the 2025 Cashiers Designer Showhouse Chair!
I am honored to be the 2025 Cashiers Designer Showhouse. It is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our amazing designers, makers and creatives locally and throughout the country during a 10 day celebration in late August.
I have been coming to Cashiers since I was a young camper at Camp Merrie-Woode. It was the most beautiful and delightfully cool reprieve from the heat of my hometown, New Orleans. I continued to return to Cashiers as a college student, as a bride (Jay and I were married here!), as a young parent and now as a home owner in the community. The historical preservation and efforts of the Cashiers Historical Society were an undercurrent for all that I loved about Cashiers before I even was totally aware of their mission.
It is so exciting to partner with nationally renowned Loudermilk Custom Homes within their development, Saratay Falls, for this year’s Cashiers Designer Showhouse. We have a fantastic house and 12 incredible designers contributing their unique creative expertise. We look forward to a one of a kind Showhouse, as well as a packed-with-fun calendar, that has something for everyone. From art to antiques, authors to chefs, interior design to landscape design, mark your calendar and help us celebrate.
