Cashiers Designer Showhouse

Bid on one-of-a-kind art and once-in-a-lifetime experiences at this year’s Showhouse!

The 12×12 Auction features talented artists from Western North Carolina and across the Southeast. The art is located in the 12x12 Gallery at The Village Green, near the ticket check-in area. 100% of proceeds go directly to the Cashiers Historical Society.

This year, we are also featuring a Silent Auction with seven unique gifts and experiences. From a wellness retreat to a painting class, there’s something for everyone at this year’s Showhouse.

To participate in the auction, please register online. To keep track of your bids, download the Givi app and turn on notifications.

Purchased art and items can be picked up starting on September 8th at the Cashiers Historical Society, located at 1940 HWY 107S, Cashiers, North Carolina.

If you are unable to pick up the art, please call the CHS Office at 828-743-7710 to arrange shipping. Shipping and handling is $20.00.

Register in advance!

We recommend downloading the Givi mobile app to your phone ahead of time. To bid on art and silent auction items, you must register for the auction. You can register for the auction on our website or in the app. Search “Cashiers Historical Society” to find the auction. The app allows you to easily track your bids. All proceeds benefit the Cashiers Historical Society.

Auction Dates

The auction will run from Friday, August 28nd, through Saturday, September 5. Purchasers may place bids throughout the event or choose the “Buy Now” option.
